We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across Australia:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
• Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Missing Packages
Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout. Brisbane Infinity Lifestyle is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the courier using your tracking details or reach out to us for assistance.
